In 1974, Albert Preciado Jr, a US Army Veteran (RMP, Master Plumber #18787) and his wife Janie C. Preciado minority woman and owner, opened A&A Sewer Contractors, Inc. We are a family owned business providing timely sewer and utility service with exceptional customer service. We have been in business for 50 years and have an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau. We are a sewer, utility repair, and installation expert. 

 On October 20, 2017 after a hard two-year battle with Cholangiocarcinoma, Albert Preciado Jr went to be with the Lord. His wife, Janie C Preciado along with their daughters, Janine Preciado Sanchez and Ericka Preciado Bacon (RME-U licensed) took over the family business to continue his legacy.

 Over the years, the business has expanded to installing underground utilities: sewer lines, sewer taps, water utilities, water mains, water taps, manholes, rock excavation, storm drains, video inspection, fire lines and fire hydrants. We do new and existing construction for residential and commercial buildings. We do commercial and residential sewer replacement, water replacement, and gravity force mains to underground utilities.
